FAAC's Fire/EMS driver trainer simulators are fully interactive systems featuring state-of-the-art simulation technology that enables training in situation awareness, risk analysis, decision-making, emergency reaction and avoidance procedures, and conscientious equipment operation.

The ER-2000 Custom has:

• a variety of visual display options (with varying horizontal fields of view) and real mirrors—depending on the customer’s training requirements.
Optional real mirrors provide additional training opportunities. Using the rearward visuals, as projected by the rear displays and observed in rearview mirrors, allows the student to parallax as required in real life. With parallax, the driver can lean forward/back in the seat to change the visual perspective. Enhances training for proper backing exercises, lane clearing, and blind spots.
• a fully enclosed emulated ambulance cab/driving station. This driver training simulator closely replicates the driving environment the students will interact with in real life.
• emulated ambulance dash and seating configuration
• an emergency radio
• a siren/lights console
• TrueFeel Steering providing a more realistic “feel” for force feedback, camber recovery, tire scrub, curb strikes and road vibration.

The CrewBoss Rehab Kart Kit was designed to be stored and transported in an existing response trailers or Air Rigs with drop gate. All you need is a compact 2’ x 8’ space for the Kart Kit. We have built a heavy-duty multi-tiered kart (2’W x 7’L x 5’H) on durable caster wheels loaded with features such as a turn-out gear hanging system and large grab handles.
